I’m Sameer Khan, and I am extremely happy and excited because I was going to meet them the second time.
I reached their class at around 3:00 pm and they welcomed me with a huge smile. I was prepared on how to break the ice for the day, but with kids, you cannot be always prepared.
So as I started, I did it by introducing myself, like my name and what I do. After that, I asked them to introduce themselves as well. I noticed a very sweet thing about them. All of them were so excited and happy when I asked them about what they want to do along with studies and after that. I saw that spark in those tiny eyes, that smile which was expressing their honesty, eyes that were filled with hopes.
Some of them wanted to become a successful doctor/Teacher, on the other side, some of them wanted to explore Dance, Acting and theatre (I was very happy to see that they are aware of other fields as well).
But one thing that I liked the most was, their will to help others.
Each one of them were saying that they want to help people. Isn’t it beautiful to see such small kids talking about helping people in need? Indeed it is. They are aware of their surroundings, they know that the world is not always going to support them but they know their way!
And that’s what makes these kids different, very different.
As the day came to an end, I realised that this world needs so much of love and care, and that’s enough to make this world a much better better place! And these little munchkins, they have so much of love within them. We can learn so much from them.
